1) I have logged in, but I can't see my account in Log In page. How can I fix it?
Dear Education Online user,
We apologise your inconvenience and we are here to help.
Our priority is your safety, your privacy. So we have made our web app in a type where the Encryption key is enabled. It is a type of encryption key where your details are hidden. Only you can find your account by our Telegram Bot or sending a email request to us. You can edit your details using your account password. So don't worry, it is a part of our encryption key.

2) How to know if another person are trying to log in using my email address?
In log in process, we are request your email address for sending log in code/otp for log in. When anyone want to log in using your email address, you will be notified in your email address. There will be shown "Your OTP for logging in Education Online is ****". If you feel insecure to recieve it, reply to us "Deactive".

3) How to deactivate or delete account?

Check it in Account page.
